Andrew is a Senior Fellow at the University of Aberystwyth Business School; he advises Swansea University on their mba programmes and is a member of the Board of the University of Swansea Business School and the Welsh Assembly Government lead Programme. He has taught at Harvard (Kennedy Fellow), Oxford (tutor, supervisor) and Columbia (Professor).

He was educated at Cambridge (double first), Harvard (Kennedy Fellow) and Oxford (D Phil, Linguistics) where he was Research Fellow of Christ Church. He is a Fellow of the British-American Project and of the rsa, and a member of the IoD. His charities work includes Macmillan Fund for Cancer Relief, Piggybankkids and Water Aid. He is vice-chairman of King Alfred’s Educational Trust and governor of King Alfred’s School, Oxfordshire’s best performing state school.
